We have two bathrooms and the showers in both only get lukewarm. However the all the sinks get scalding hot water. We have gotten a new water heater. One showere is a moen and the other is kolher. We changed the cartidge in the moen shower twice. We've even had a plumber come out and all he did was change the cartidge in one shower, which we had already done.

No we don't have a anti-scald ring in either shower. We used to really hot water in both showere, then all of sudden we just stopped getting hot water.
