There's this girl I met a few days ago, we really hit it off, we were hugging and holding hands etc. I finally kissed her and my heart rate increased, I asked her out the next day and she said yes. Every time I kissed her after that my heart raced faster. She text me today saying that it wasn't working because she's not fully over her ex. She said when she's with me I make her really happy and she doesn't think about him at all, but when I go she thinks about him and misses him. She ended it as well because she's going out with him and her mates tomorrow getting pissed and she didn't want to cheat on me. Which I respect and understand.

I've told her I'm going to be her friend and she says we can still hang out and talk. But I want to know how long it will take her to get over him. Because I really fell for her hard and I can't get her out of my head.

He's right don't hang out with her its only going to make things worse on your part she isn't going to miss you if you hang out with you. I know from experience. Trust don't talk to her. Take it day by day.
