The blower on my heater is'nt working. Where can I get one from? Or can it be fixed.

Any aftermarket blower will work if you get the same-- HP, voltage,rpm and rotation. Check with a local hvac supplier for over the counter sales.

Doesn't heat suggests all elements are burned out. I can not find a way to get access doors open to see how many elements there are.

There should be a number on the electric heat package itself.
