It's been 5 days since I terminated my pregnancy and last night my boyfriend and I were messing around but had no sexual intercourse. I had an orgasm and since then I've been bleeding and today passing blood clots. Before then I wasn't really bleeding at all. So is this normal?

I don't have personal experience with abortions but it doesn't sound impossible to me that you'd have clotting. It's an invasive procedure and some fetal tissue may have remained behind.
It would be wise for you to call your doctor ASAP to discuss the matter.
