Sazila advertised her car for sale in a sale in a newspaper for RM25,000. Salim who had always admired her car, came across the advertisement and went to Sazila's house with a cheque amounting to RM25,000 to buythe car. Sazila however refused to accept the cheque. Salim now wish to sue Sazila for breach of contract.
