Not sure if I have warrants, is it safe to fly?
I got in trouble for driving without my license a year ago. I am still working on paying lawyer fees and such, but it hasn't fully been resolved yet.
I looked online, to see if I had a warrant, and my name was not on the warrants list. Also before I got my new job, they (my work) had to run a backround check on me, and when I asked if there was anything on there, they said it was pretty clean and looked fine.
My question is, Is it safe for me to fly out of state, and can TSA Tell if I have a warrant (im don't think I do, but I'm not 100% sure) and detain me?

    ...

But you have a lawyer, presumably have been to court, and your case is being processed, right? So, unless you missed a court hearing, why would there be a warrant?

If you have been released pending trial, is there anything in the court papers prohibiting you from traveling to another state?
