What to do if you lied to your boyfriend?
Okay so I start talking to this guy like 3months ago... And on the 2month he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes, but when we first started talking I told him I was 16 when I was really 15 and he's 17 going on 18... I really didn't think it was that big of a deal... But now I want to tell him, But I don't know how... Help Please ! I really don't want this to mess up our relationship...

If you didn't think it was a big deal why did you lie Hun?

The sooner you tell him the better. Imagine you're together 6 months or so more, and you've fallen in love, then you tell him. And he wants nothing to do with you any more? Tell him now Sweetheart. And be honest in the future.

You definitely need to tell him. Lying is one of the worst things you can do to anyone, there's no way he'll be able to trust you if you don't, especially in this kind of relationship. If age doesn't matter to him, (and honestly 15 and 16 aren't that much of a difference) and he already likes you, then he'll probably think it's cute that you wanted to seem older! Maybe try to play it off jokingly... but do tell him.

So you're 15 and he is almost 18?
Tell him the truth he needs to know.
