    Deport someone back India
    Hi there I just want know I want deport my husband . We are maried in 2001 but things are not same we have 2 kids. He hit me on my face and I called up police but I didn't put any charge on him but it is in the System... I sponsor him.. and now he open his back account saprad too and he's living with his sister's house for 1 month now please help me..

    You don't deport him. Immigration does IF he is no longer eligible to reside in the US.

    Likewise, you don't charge him. If t here is sufficient evidence the Police do.

    He CAN be deported for domestic or child abuse.

    Again you don't deport, you may divorce him and then he will have to deal with immigration.

    Also agree, you don't decide if you press charges or not, the police will do so if there is enough evidence. If he was not charged, he is not "in the system" he may be named in a report, but the report will state no charges filed, so he is not proven to have done anything but be accused of it.
