If I have an EtG test on Friday(at four o clock, can I drink tonight(saturday)up until midnight? Does it ever go back further than 80 hours? Do amounts of alcohol matter? I usually drink about 5 or 6 liquor drinks per a Saturday night with about a shot in each one. And captain Morgan has 35% alcohol if that makes a difference. I know drinking is bad for me but I need to know this answer or else I will lose my job. Thank you all very much

If you have an ETG test every Friday it sounds like you have a real drinking problem. You may need to seriously rethink your intake if you have to be so explicit about how much you drink and the alcohol content.

Your employer may just decide one day to pull a surprise ETG test on a Monday instead of a Friday and then you'll be fired.

If you know your employer tests you each Friday and you have a hard time complying with this, then may I suggest that you find another job that does not do this testing. You will be caught sooner or later and if they go to the hair test you'll definitely fail.

I agree, this shows a serious sign of a drinking problem. Obviously you are not suppose to be drinking because of some employment or legal action. Esp if this is probation, you don't mind risking going to prison or jail for a drink.

Yes it may be safe to drink on Sat, if there is no surprise test. If there is no surprise home inspection.
And of course the way most people are caught, someone that gets mad at you turns you in to the PO. Or they or you post photos of you drinking on Facebook or some social site.

He said lose his job so I doubt he's on probation.
