    Ask Tips for loss of stomach
    I'm Ann. Now I'm 62kg,and age is 23.I want to reduce my stomach and weight as 50kg.But I eat low level of food.But still my stomach is not reduced.I omit most of oily food& chicken.So please can you guide me to reduce my weight?

    Avoid some foods that are white -- anything made with wheat flour especially, anything that has sugar in it, most dairy products. White foods allowed would be cauliflower, potatoes without butter or sour cream, rice.

    Eat lean meats, fruits, vegetables.

    My husband stopped eating breads and wheat flour products (cake, cookies, pizza crust, pie crust, etc.) and noticed a major reduction in his pot belly.

    Well try not to eat late at night,just take vegetables,fruits and water.
    Once it is 7.00pm,don't eat anything heavy.

    Well,you need to start exercising,stop eat comfort foods like when you are watching a movie ,you know you might be tempted to eat fried chips and pop corn,and so on then you would sleep off,these are the things that causes big tummy.
    Before you sleep exercise yourself for at lest 3o minutes,like jogging on the spot OK
    And you would see changes.
