I'm originally a really light blonde. But for the past few years, I've beencoloring it black. Well, I used opps colors and it took some of thecolor out but not all. So I thought id go ahead(later that day)color it to Lightest Natural Blonde. When my hair dry,it became a bassy blonde color on my roots.though on the rest of my hair.it just lighten the color. What should I do? To get my natural hair color back.

The best way to fix color is to go to a professional stylist, but it sounds like some toner will help fix your roots. Try ManicPanic's Virgin Snow--the violet in it should wash out the yellow/orange at your roots.
