Got her 1st flu shot today. Her temp is up to 101. I've given tylenol less than 4hrs ago. Other options to try? She shivers if I try cooling her

Try alternating with Motrin. The body processes it differently so it won't harm her. If you can't get her temp down with alternating Tylenol and Motrin you should probably take her to the doc in the morning. Unless it hits 103 the ER won't be able to do much for you, and you'll both be more comfortable sitting at home than in their waiting room.
