Hi I am Anand from Kerala, India. I am 21 years of age and I am nearly 170 cms tall. My father is close 5'11 inches tall and is it possible for me to increase my height without any sorts of steroids that might take a toll on health later but with the help of stretching exercises? Even though I don't think that I can gain my dad's height I would like to have at least 175 cms? Is that possible?

Other than some drastic surgery there is nothing you can do at this age. You have finished growing.
