Heater start working Does it make sense to replace AC ? 13 or 14 SEER?
13 SEER will save you from 15% to 20% annually?
Or $231 - $308 Based on Total electricity cost for last 12 months $1,539.65 (This is excellent for AZ)
Was cooling/heating master bed room (Close Vents for other area) keeping 83 F in summer & using electric heater

I live in Arizona in 1916 sf house high ceiling built in 1986 – 25 years ago still with original AC Carrier 48KHA, KLA. Gas heater stop working 2 years ago and now start working again
