    Electrical engineering-Clock Signals
You have two clock signals, one producing 25 pulses per second, and the other producing 30 pulses per second, but you forgot which is which and don't have an oscilloscope to measure them. Design a digital circuit that takes both clocks as inputs, determines within one second which is faster, and indicates the faster one by lighting an LED. The LED for the winner should stay lit until reset by a control signal we'll call "RESET". You may use AND, OR, and NOT gates, SR latches, T-FFs and D-FFs, LEDs, resistors, and switches; don't try doing this with analog filter.

What would this circuit look like? If you could sketch it and upload an image I would be so grateful!
