My BBI20TE Amana bottom-freezer refrigerator is 13 years old. The freezer is cold (I can feel air coming out of the vents in the freezer) but the fridge is warm. No air is coming out inside the fridge and I can't hear any fan or any noise inside the fridge. I don't know anything about refrigerators. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this problem? Any help is appreciated, THANK YOU!

Sounds like the evaporator fan motor is gone. You can buy a new replacement motor and change it out yourself. I've changed out mine several times. Just be sure to get the same fan model and watch how you take the freezer section apart to put it back together again. Or you can call out a repairperson and tell them that it's the evaporator fan motor that needs changed out.

Yes, I think you're right! My husband and I opened up the inside panel of the freezer and noticed the fan was moving slowly. We will look for that fan motor online. Thank you very much.
