There was this movie that I saw in the late 1980's or 1990's about this investigator in this town where every one does a little magic. There was a scene in it where this transvestite came out and sung the song "I put a spell on you". She was wearing a long white evening gown by the piano. I really want to know the name of the movie. It has been bugging me for years.
