Ok so the father of my daughter knows he's the dad but the chick he is with now hates kids and wants him to pretend he doesn't have a daughter o and apparently he cheated on her twice with me but he told me they weren't together both times and then he broke up with her so he could be apart of our daughter's life for about a week then got back with her because he found out she was pregnant and wanted an abortion so he apparently has to stay with her but he left me and kicked me out on the streets with nothing and nowhere to go 2 weeks after I found out I was pregnant but anyway so he basically chose that chick and fetus that's probably going to be aborted over his daughter that he wanted so bad so now I don't really know what to do I just don't want him to have any rights over her so its like he doesn't have a kid like he wants!

You can't.

The ONLY way to involuntarily revoke someone's parental rights is to PROVE that they are a danger to the child.

You lost the ability to do that the minute you consented to having sex with him.

He is the father and has those rights as long as he wishes to exercise them. YOU owe it to yourself and your child to go after him for child support. You can request limited or no visitation rights and full legal and physical custody.

Sorry, you can not take his rights away, he can have rights to visit his child and can enforce them though court if he wants to.

You obviously knew what type of man he was when you were sleeping with him and made your choice. Sorry but now you and the child has to live with those choices.

Well I think he is a danger to our child... Hes a drug addict bad that's why we broke up he's also a convicted felon

You may think he's a danger, but proving it to a court is another matter. There are more likely to restrict or eliminate visitation on the chance that he may reform.
