    Supervisors access to medical record?
Does an institute's director (that has a health license) has rights to exam a patient record from a subordinate's patient without a previous patient consent? Is this similar to Hospital Directors? The Director enrolled the subordinate as care provider.

When there is a reason or purpose, any other medical professional can review a patients file and records without any further consent. Perhaps a review of that medical professionals practice, to review procedures and billing practice. Also outside agencies that do inspections and accredidations of facilities can pull and review random records.
