I'm 15 year old guy and my left nipple hurts when I/something presses against it. It feels like I'm growing a boob (I know what they feel like) so should I be worried?

You're 15, you're still going through puberty. Both males and females can get sensitive niples when going through puberty, don't worry, it's completely normal.
