Improve your credit score. How long have you worked, what is your current income. How long have worked at the current job? How long have you lived at your current home.
All of those have some issues. Also what cards are you applying for, some have lower standards than others. ( they have higher interest of course)
I agree with what Chuck said and you can try to get a secured card, department store card or a gas station credit card. By having these types of card and by making payments ontime they will improve your credit score.
Well I just had my credit report wiped of all negative items. I currently have 5 good standing account listed. I worked at my job for 5 yrs, I currently bring home mthly $2100.00. I've been working since I was 16 I'm now 26 yrs. I've lived at my home for almost 2 yrs. I have been trying for all types of cards ex:department stores, chase cc, etc... The only card I have gotten approved for is CreditOne Card with a $300 limit. My EQ score is 705 my TU is 676.
If your good standing accounts have a high balance you should reduce the balance, which will help your score.
Also if you just applied for more than two or three cards, just applying for several cards within a few months is often a reason not to get credit.
Also when you say you cleared your credit report, I assume you mean things that was not true, since you can't get correct info taken off. But did you check all three credit recports ? Some card companies use more than one.
Also have you had any bank issues with being over drawn ?
