My SSI is being deposited in my wife checking I am under this chicking acc too, iits been this way for awhile I am now being sued by Discover should I go get my own checking account?
Other bills like rent and utlities etc. are in by wife's name and she pays them out of her checking account after SSI is deposited. I am 67 yrs old some health problem can't do my job anymore. Lost my home a yr agp and in depression and takea lot of meds. I have a couple of other credit cards I can't pay on but they haven't go into a suit yet. I am getting really stressed out and very worried about the my SSI
Do I need a special kind of letter and or how to talk to someone and can this be handled before court or do I have to go to court anyway thanks henry
