I had sex on November 23rd and took a pregnancy test today and it came out negative. That means I took this test twelve days after I had sex is that pretty accurate? I also used a condom but I am worried because I am taking birth control as well but was on antibiotics at the time I had sex.

Some women will get an accurate result that early on a pregnancy test, but most will find results are more accurate once a period has already been missed.

If the condom was used correctly... in that it was put on before there was any penetration at all, and with your use of birth control pills (even while using antibiotics), odds are good that you would not become pregnant.
