I am on probation for underage consumption in hamilton county but recently got another underage in Rutherford County. What will happen in court? This is my 2nd one, I was supposed to off probation in February. And what do I do about breaking my probation? It was unsupervised so I'm not sure if I am supposed to tell them about it or what to do.

And my court date is after I'm off probation and can have my first one expunged... does that mean I didn't break probation?

You are required to report the violatoin to the probation department, failure to do so is a very very serious violation.

Next forget about any chance of getting the first one epunged now, since that is done for those with one offense and not a record of offenses.

And even if you had a old one that was explunged the court , the DA and the police can all still see it.
