I self harm myself to my wrist, and I recently joined the basketball team. I wear wrist bands, will my coach tell me to take them off? And what about tournaments what will happen? And does anyone know if I'd get kicked out of basketball for this reason?

You will take them off when you shower. You may have to take them off at some practice and at some events.

I don't see you getting kicked off the team, but they would most likely report this so you can get the professional help you need to be able to stop doing this.
