I have bought a christmas pudding that has to be cooked for 2 hours.
Can I do part of the cooking early morning when the stove is not in use for other things and finish it off as we eat our main course?

No, you have to do the entire cooking time at once. Do it in a different day. It will just be warmed up before serving,

What kind if pudding is it ?

Thank you tickle. It's a Marks & Spencer Luxury Christmas Pudding. How long to 'warm it up'. Sorry, I know it sounds stupid, but don't want to mess it up on the big day!

I envy you, we can't buy marks & Spencer's in Canada any longer and this is a particularly good pudding !

To warm it up, wrap well in foil and put in oven on low heat, 200. Or you can put it on a dish, covered and warm up in microwave; either way will work.

I know this is an old post but any idea what the original cooking instructions were? Thing is I have one and when I tore the Peel here sticker to get the instructions it was all glued together instead of revealing the instructions!!
