    No. Child support is paid to the custodial parent for support of the child. If your mother didn't go after your father for support you can't start now.

    No you as the child has no rights. The money is for the mother or other guardian that would have raised you to pay them for the money they spend raising you.

    If there was a support order in place, the other parent can go after the money
