I'm confessed about the meaning?Or What does Sex Offender Act mean?

It means the state thinks somebody did something awful and they want to put him in jail. That person needs a lawyer.

Do That mean they acted on something to make the police think that.I don't know if they have a Lawyer They don't even know I know their in Jail.I guest they trying to keep it a secret.

Your location will determine the state law ( if in the US)

But it means the person did a crime ( sex act) . They need an attorney.

O yea he don't have a Bond the reason I was needing to know the meaning of sex offender act

I called the jail where is they told me he don't have a bond.So does this mean he did Something very bad.

Mr.Ex-con that's where I'm confessed at cause they say their still investigating.then they came a court date three days after he was arrest?But know his next court date isn't to till next year.

No. It means he hasn't been to court yet, or it means he didn't have a lawyer, or it means the cops THINK he did something really bad.

But, if he was ONLY charged with a SEX offense, he'd HAVE bail. You need more information. Don't count on the jail staff to give it to you, though. They're NOT your friend.

He went to court on yesterday.But he has to Charges one he has a bail for the other he don't which is the Sex Offender Act.Does it mean someone accused him of doing something very bad.I'm confessed on how he went to jail cause he's had a active warrant since Oct.but he has a bond for that charge but not the Sex Offender Act.

He has been accused of something VERY bad if there is no bond being offered.

OK thank you'll.But wouldn't they have to have some kind of proof for it to be with no Bond.

No. Proof is for trial. All they need now is an accusation.

One other option is that he was already a registered sex offender, and under the Sex Offenders Act ( depends on the state) if he did another sex crime, or if he did not report his address and other violations, he could be charged with that.
Also if he was on probation for it, he would be held with no bond pending a probation hearing.

That's what I needed to know.Yes he was already a Sex Offender.He was charged with another charge which was Changing residence without notice which they gave him a Bond for that.But he got a No Bond for Sex Offender act.Could that have been it.

At Mr.Fr Chuck the jail say they are still Investigating.but he was registered sex offender like I said the statement Before this one.
