I live in UAE.the court has given the judgment of Deportation to one of my friend.Now he is in the jail and they have kept him to complete some procedures before he is deported.
I just want to know in what circumstances can a Deportation get cancelled?can a lawyer help us out to re-appeal and cancel because he is the only one earning member of his family.He had a case of some personal matter.Please help me in this regards.

In the UAE it's easy to get caught and deported for many reasons and the rules are not always very clear.
I know nowadays thousands Palestinians are deported.
None of those deported were given an explanation, other than being told the decision was security related.

But,why I don't know why UAE have such rules.
