Well I am a 27 year old female had severe endometriosis I had a total hysterectomy in April even my cervix is gone, I was diagnosed with Vulvadina on top of that so my vagina is always on fire I am always getting yeast infections and now I found out I had one just yesturday and I had no symptoms it's crazy my question is can you have cramping even after having all pelvic organs removed I recently started having a lot of cramping that is why I was in the er last night. I am on lyrica for the vulva stuff to estrigins and pain meds but I am tired of having to take pain meds because it blocks me up and then I get more pain. I just am so tired of infections I thought after my surgery I would be all better but no then I always have a strong vaginal odor even when there is no infection.
