When I click on shortcut is when I receive the error. Asus k52f laptop, running windows 7 home premium. I have never used or opened the webcam before, new computer. There isn't any software associated with cam on my computer that I could find. Downloaded USB2.0 UVC VGA webcam software from SONIX and have tried a couple other sites but nothing seems to work. Computer manufacturer website for software and or drivers that might be different from what I currently have, but was same.

What is the exact error message please?
