A mad scientist /artist lures young women to his home where he drugs them with an injection, and pushes them into a machine, after which they appear frozen in a large block of ice, and are displayed suspended from an overhead rail each one frozen in time for ever. He is discovered by the hero, eventually ending in a fight, where he is pushed into his own machine, only to appear himself, frozen in a block of ice, suspended from the rail
