Okay me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex for 2 years. I was just talking to my friend about this. I told her that about a year ago I got this really bad cramp in my stomach... like way deep inside. It hurt so bad I couldn't move I had to crawl on the floor to get to the bathroom. I started what I thought was my period and I was bleeding about the same I usually do when I start. I wiped and then I saw a greyish colored sack like about half an inch long I thought it might just be a regulary blood clot. It was odd to me. The pain was so unbareable I had to call my boyfriend to get me. I went to his house instead because my mom wasn't home. His mom gave me so pepto and I took a nap. After about an hour nap I woke up and I felt just fine. When I told my friend about this she said she though I might have had a misscarriage. Has this ever happened to anyone that you know of whose had a misscarriage? Could this have been something else?

There is no real way to tell unless you went to a doctor at the time it happened. It could have been a miscarriage and it could have been something else. I hope you and your boyfriend have taken measures to protect you - not only from an unplanned pregnancy but any unwanted STD's.

Well even if it did happen a year ago and was a missacarriage could that keep me from getting pregnant? We have been trying for a few months to get pregnant. We don't need condoms for the diseases he's my first I'm his first. Its not like one of those things where he's lying to get in bed with me. We have been dating since 15.

Even if you did have a miscarriage it does not mean it will keep you from becoming pregnant again.

My wife and I tried getting pregnant for 6 months. Finally did. The pregnancy lasted for two months and she had a miscarriage. I think around 8 months later we got pregnant again and we have a beautiful child.

There are other family members that has had miscarriages as well, but they also have had beautiful children too.

So please do not give up. Get checked out by your doctor/ OB. Make sure everything is okay and that you are healthy and begin to try again.

I think I will do that. Thanks for the advice. So even if I didn't get cleaned out( if it was a misscarriage) I can still have a healthy pregnancy?

I am 18 I will 19 on July 11

If you did have a miscarriage and did not get cleaned out, the tissue could have sloughed off and passed. It is always best to get checked. You should be having annual physicals and a pap smear, since you are sexually active.

My second pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and was able to become pregnant and carry the child to full term. So do not give up hope. But please, please go and see your doctor for a complete physical, giving him the same information you posted here.

My husband and I tried to get pregnant for almost 1 year finally I'm pregnant about 7 weeks and half.. . 2 weeks later I got cramp as badly! Next day, I went 2 store. . Feel cramp as hell.. . I went to my home n lay down... still cramp as hell... I went to bathroom and saw bleed down on my legs not same like period. It is a lot bleed than period.. Make me so shock and what happen?! I saw big clot come out my virgin... that from the baby.. . I went ER. . Doctor check everythings... Dr told me tha " I'm sorry that ur baby is dead" make me cried a lot. . :( so dr said must two times period come out then u can try to get pregnan again.. . I got two times periods.. Right now lets see maybe I'm pregnant.. . I hopefully, wish me good luck!

I am sorry for your loss hottestgirl18. I know it must have been very hard for you, esp after trying for a year. I hope you get your wish again soon, and that it is a healthy pregnancy and baby for you. Many women have miscarriages, and go on to have healthy pregnancies and babies afterwards. Hi buggage, thank u very much.. . Yeah I know many women have miscarriage. But I know why I'm miscarriage because I didn't know tha I'm pregnant so I took danger pill. It can kill the baby... sigh that my fault. . But I did took home test it is negative. I was thought I'm not pregnant but 2 weeks later I took danger pill next day I feel so funny why period not come... I tap my husband please buy homes test... then I took home test.. It is Positive!! Make me so shock n can't be can't be.. Too late because I know the baby is dead already but I hopefully the baby is oka but not well:( so
