Lately instead of my period coming, I have had a slight spotting that has lasted 1 day. Then about 2 weeks after, I was spotting just like that again. My period still hasn't came. Last month my breast were sore and so were my nipples. My nipples were also acting odd because one would get hard for no reason and my other was fine? etc. I an intimate with my boyfriend and not on birth control. But I took a pregancy test and it came back negative? That was before this spotting issuse came. Do I need to take another test? Or What is going on?

I would try another test... be sure to follow the directions carefully. If still negative, see what happens when you would expect your next period. If still no period, or it is off again, see your doctor.

In the meantime, since you are sexually active and not using birth control, treat yourself as though you might be pregnant.
Make any changes that you know would be healthy... if you smoke... stop smoking, for example, eat healthier food choices, take a prenatal or multivitamin, etc..
