    Civant results?
Hi I am from South Africa and I received Meloderm 3 days ago. I find that my skin is tingling with fine pimples. Is this normal? My cousin recommended it to me and has helped her for 2 years. However I am afraid, I never had pimples but dark pigmentation. How long before I get over the red blothches? I am South African Indian with meduim complexion. Pigmentation is genetic my Mum and close family have it however my blemishes are spreading badly. I cannot be without make-up. Should I contine? I use sunblock SPF 100.

I am an Indian and I use to experience the same problem after prolong usage of skin lightening treatments.
1.if you are familiar with any Indian herbal store( there are a few boutiques in cape town), try to get neem face pack. It is a strong antibacterial agent and it a fairly good antiseptic agent which can tackle your pimples.you can also try clove oil( cheap but hard to get).
    2. meladerm is a fine brand but use it sparingly and once in three days.
3.I don't know how hot it is at your place but I have experience the hottest climates( by the books and facts). Spf 75 or spf 50(much better) will be more than enough. But you MUST re-apply sunscreen after two hours if you are exposed.
While re-applying try to use a good facial cleanser.
4.MOST IMPORTANT get a good astringent(one which says it can clear acne and reduce oiliness) and apply it with cotton before going to sleep and before applying meladerm.

HAVE A GOOD SKIN LIGHTENING EXPERIENCE

You risk of course having uneven change in skin tone. Some have serious blotch issues that never go away. Using products like this is always a serious risk of damage to your skin.
