Hi. I have a 1992 honda civic 4 door. 1500cc sohc twin carbs. When my car is cold it splutters and misses and we can smell unburnt gas(sounds like a 13b rotary) when it gets up 2 temp it has a miss and we can't figure out why. I've tried pulling of each lead while it was running but that wasn't the problem, pulled my dash apart for the cel wires but couldn't find it, my ecu has a red L.e.d and I was told that will blink the code, but it only blinks once when I turn the key 2 on, and my gas consumption has gone through the roof.
Any ideas please?

Try replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM), coil, rotor, distributor cap, and spark plugs (NGK only).
