I live in Ohio and rent I've had medical problems and am a month late on my rent and may be another two weeks before I can pay the full total te court date that's been files as a complaint for eviction is set for the 14th I didn't afghani eeceivve a three day notice but when can we actually be forced to leave? And for some reason they insist on the next months rents so we aren't "late" agai or this would've Ben paid the second week of nov and I'm thinking they're going to add amoretti heap of "late charges" and demand januaries rent also, before dropping the charge, is that legal? Mainly though I née to know about the forcible eviction date...

If the hearing is set for 12/14 and you can't bring it up to date, the court will issue an eviction order then. You may be given a week to vacate.

Agree, you will need to pay in full all rent, late charges and other fees by the court date. If not paid, they can evict you.
The court will not want to hear any promise to pay.
