We have been dating for 3 months and his birthday is on the 11th of December. He is one of those people who has everything.Please don't recommend scrap books or something like that because there are not many pictures of us together. He likes things like, downhill skiing, he LOVES to play basketball but only watches college basketball and still isn't very into it, cross country running, some video games (xbox and wii), he loves his iPod touch, he lives on a lake, he plays airsoft,and likes to watch random movies on the sci fi channel :P. Like I said, he has everything so please help me think of something. Thanks!

I would say you should get him a new xbox game if you can afford it. Talk to his friends or mum and see if there's a specific one he's wanting!
