Have you filed a report of the rape to the police? You should to protect yourself if nothing else. When your boyfriend said that he will come at night and take your child away, you should report that too - he is making a threat. Is he paying child support for this child? Do you have sole custody of your child? You really need to get an attorney - if funds do not permit it, call your local Legal Assistance.
