Is using a surge protector on refrigerator a safety violation for office setting?
Is using a surge protector on a small refrigerator in a federal GSA building considered a safety violation?

Could be since the surge protector can be considered an extension cord, and applainces should be plugged in directly without any cord.

As far as GSA requirements, you need to check with Facilities Manager.
