OK, I went last week to get my hair colored and cut, omg, OK ii came home a auburn red and I hate it my son hates it, how can I go back to my brown color she said the red will cover my grays cause I had a lot, I want my hair back to brown please help,

I would suggest calling the salon where you had this done, speak with the manager and explain your situation. It's not that uncommon to dislike a color once home. Most salons are comfortable with correcting your color for no charge or little charge. Then you simply tip your stylist. I have done this once in the past, and because I spoke politely to the manager, and also requested a different stylist (I didn't want to hurt my first one - she did awesome cuts) on my original stylist's day off and the manager offered me a free color correction. I did give the other stylist a nice tip. Overall, I was happy and I continue to the same salon. Best Wishes, ~X
