Me and my children's birth is registered in Portugal. I would like to know if my husbands birth also can be registered through me.
Also would like to know if I can get the Bilate and passport from Abudhabi Portuguese embassy or do I need to travel to Portugal.

Please clarify. Was your husband born in Portugal? Of what country is he a citizen?

My husband is born in India - Indian citizen

You can't register his birth in portugal if he was born in India. (Unless it is a case of a citizen being born abroad, in which case, his birth would have been registered with the consulate of his country). I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish here, could you provide some more information on what you are trying to do?

My husband,me and my 2 children are born in India. We are Indian Citizens. I along with my children have recently registered our birth in Portugal.Since we are goans, we were eligible as my parents were born when goa was part of Portuguese colony.
