Like my guy friend and I were thinking of being a couple but after not talking to him for one day he decides to hook up with a girl the next day. I find out through Facebook and I'm so angry and mad at him I block him from Facebook and try to get over the fact he hurt me. He was my friend frist and him doing this when he was a good guy before really hurt. He oviously has gotten over me and I'm two weeks later still trying to get him out of my head and life but its so hard when he is being brung up in every conversation.

in my opinion the fact he hooked up with that other girl and you found out through Facebook shows he has no regards for your feelings. If he did care about you he would tell you that he didn't feel that way about you before he hooked up with her. I think you should ask him why he did it thenn after he tells you if you don't feel like the reason is good enough try and distance yourself from him.

You need a bit more time to calm down. Give yourself another week or so, then tell yourself you're going to forget it and possibly continue to be his friend.
