Gas Heat not heating first floor sufficiently
We just started using our heat for the season. We have forced hot air (gas) on the first floor (on crawl space) and a heat pump for the second floor. THe first floor won't get above 58 degrees (32F outside), but the second floor is heating up to around the set temp (68F). It seems that the vents on the floor of the first floor are blowing chilly air. Have any idea why this might be happening?

Mike, you'll need to watch the gas furnace and see what it's doing, is the burner lighting and going out after a few minutes? Plus, to get the best help, post the make a model of the furnace. OK? Good luck
