I am 13 and I do have lots of pubes but my penis really hasn't started to grow much at all... it is like 4 to 4.5 inches when erect but its been like that for a long time... so just wondering when most peoples penis usually starts growing and getting girthier

You're only just starting puberty, and men rarely STOP growing until they're about 21. But what you need to remember is the truly decent girls and women don't care how big it is. Don't worry if you're still that size then.

Your penis should start growing within the next year or two. Your body more than likely just started puberty and started growing hair instead of penis size. Being 4.5 is a good number for your age being a little bigger than most! Remember the average males penis is only 6-6.5 inches long. Just give it some time and it should start growing soon!
