    Emancipation in Georgia?
I am also 15 and I would like to go and live with my aunt who lives in the neighborhood next to me. I am having family issues with my mother where she hits on me and yells and drags me around and neither my sister, brother, or other sister could deal with her. They decided to wait, but it's been getting worse lately and I have to get out as soon as possible. Is there a way that I can?

No, sorry moving to your aunt will not fit the requirements for emancipation. You would have to have a job and afford to pay your own rent and live on your own.

You can report the abuse ( being hit) and should, it is possible Children protective services would take you from the home and allow you to stay with another family member ( of course they may put you in foster care also)

But no you do not meet the requirement for emancipation

No, emancipation is probably not going to work, but if OP wants to live with aunt, and both mother and aunt agree, I see no problem with doing that.

You are right, I assumed ( bad thing) that the mom was not willing.
