    My sister who lived witrh her mother about 15 or less years so I am older son after mother died then leave to my sister house not me son is that right ? Because she paid a lot for upgrades etc.. She veput money into the house . Should be half to daughter and son ?

    If you are asking whether your mother can leave her house to your sister, and nothing to you, the answer is, in almost all places in the U.S. anyway, yes.

    There is no "right" or wrong, there may be some moral, but then if the sister lived and helped her, and sister paid for up grades, actually it sounds more than fair.

    But the mother can do what ever she wants that is her right.
