    No lease eviction in pa?
    OK here's one for you my wife's ex said he would pay a year rent for us and walk away well he changed his mind 2 weeks in he was the only one on the lease he went to the landlord told him he wanted us out so landlord file a an evection left it on door step we went to hearing today the judge said we got 24hrs to get out or were getting hit with tresspassing is this any kind of legal? It was 11 days from the time we got the complaint till we went to trial this is in pa can he do this

    You have had your day in court, yes the judge can do that.

    It is not moral or right, but it is legal, you needed to have gotten it all in writing, ( esp with family members)

    But your only chance to argue this was in court, you lost, so stop wasting your time on a computer and get moved.
