Remember, practice makes a man perfect! So, practice, but do not hesitate to spend time, and money on getting a trainer's help. Watch dance videos and also, take balanced rich diet.

A obvious question to me, what type of dancer ?
Also what have you done so far to do this ?

And keep in mind... competition is fierce, you you have to be both really good, and really dedicated just to have a chance to get selected.

You can dance with the music listening to the music rhythms and making movements but I think you must first take some dance classes to learn the basics of the exercises and dancing correctly and to be very careful to not harm yourself then you can practice whenever you want .and so one of this days you will become a dancer you want.
