A company placed a judgement against my husband because they could not find his partner who had bought our company. We paid the judgement and have the paperwork stating this. How do we get this off our credit report?

You don't. If it is the truth, they have no reason to take it off. What you can do is prove to the credit reporting agencies that it has been paid. If it was paid, it should have been recorded as paid at the court house. The credit reporting agencies would pick that up. If you paid the judgment within the last few weeks, give it time. It takes awhile to be updated.
